We always arrive early to setup before our performances. Below is a guide to how a Wedding schedule would look for a ceremony starting at 2:30pm

1:55pm
Arrive and setup for ceremony. (Liase with person running the ceremony to ensure music is in sync with the proceedings.)
   
2:15pm Commence background music
   
2:30pm Continue background music until the arrival of the bride.
  Play the agreed processional piece for the entrance of the bride.
  Play any hymns and at the signing of the marriage register.
3:05pm The married couple are announced and the recessional is played.
   
3:15pm Conclude background music as guests depart ceremony.


We will:    
  Always be on time
Always dress appropriately for your occasion
Always sound and look beautiful
 
We won't:    
 

Charge you extra for anything other than additional performers
Charge you extra to play new or requested music that we have agreed to arrange.**
Charge you extra for a sample cd.
Charge you extra to meet with you to discuss your booking if neccessary
Use amatuer musicians

 

** We love to arrange new music at your request as it is a great way to grow our repertoire. Whilst we aim to arrange or purchase any music you request for your event, there may be additional fee's for arranging very extensive works.
